Very controversial, this is. The world wide web really has everything. You can now confess your sins online! Well, there ain't a priest to talk to or chat with but you can type down everything that you want to say. If doing so will help you heal yourself or will make you feel lighter. You can make people pray for you or a prayer group will include you in their looooooong list of sinners. Itching to know the site? I have browsed through it and learned that most of our sins are our deepest darkest secrets. Things that you'd rather be caught dead than confess. Stuff that you wouldn't even dare to share to your closest friends. I call it the shock-absorber site. The only thing I've notice is that by reading through the confessions, either it will help you or it will just make you feel better about the bad things you have done.
http://www.absolution-online.com/ --> For Catholics. Your confessions are not posted. They have a Virtual Confessional as well as a Virtual Rosary.
http://www.ivescrewedup.com/ --> Aside from posting your confessions, only your location and age is viewable.
Whatever your religion is, whether you confess directly to God, go to a priest or you just do not confess at all, it is always best when you are able to just let it all out and allow to heal yourself. No matter what situatioon you are in, the willingness to do good and to change for the better is what really counts. Never even judge others for what they do because judging in itself is already a sin. Mind your own mistakes. To those who have not ever sinned, cast the first stone now.
Hmmmm... when can we have our own sin widgets?
