It's been ages since I last saw one and I had this toy when I was a kid. It's one of my favorites! And I didn't know this toy is still in the market! I just saw one awhile ago while I was malling with a friend, we were looking for a cute gift and we chanced upon Hobbes and Landes, it's a cute little store at the 5th level of Shangri-la, it even has its own little coffeeshop inside and while I was checking out their stuff, I suddenly saw this very familiar barrel..
Coolness! This is an 80s toy! Weee... and they're selling it for 250 pesosesoses.. hehe Not sure if this is expensive at 250, I checked online and Amazon's selling this for $3.
For those of you who are clueless of what this is about, I'm talking about these monkeys hehe..It's one of the easiest, simplest games ever to be marketed but it can be frustrating when you can't hook all the monkeys! It consists of a plastic barrel filled with little plastic monkeys, arms extended and bent. The goal of the game is to pick up a string of monkeys by holding the top one and looping arms together. It's about as complicated as pick-up sticks, and more fun -- after all, it's monkey-based. =D
