Maxx???

Pagkatapos ko kumain ng shawarma after shift na hindi ko naman naubos dahil parang wala ng bukas kung makapaglagay ng sibuyas ang gumawa nito, first attempt ko to drink Infinit. Dahil yun ang gustong inumin ng mga kasama ko at dahil wala namang SanMig Dry (ang aking official drink) sa lugar na pinuntahan namin, go na rin ako uminom ng Infinit.

Isa lang ang masasabi ko, para syang tinunaw na...

Anong mas matipid? Isang can ng Infinit Strawberry Margarita o isang supot ng Maxx Cherry Menthol?? Hmmmmm....

Tha Camerawalls: The debut album launch

Formed sometime in September 2007 by Clementine, formerly of the indie- pop/rock sensation Orange & Lemons, he chose to collaborate with old friends and drummer Ian Sarabia, and former bassist from years ago Law Santiago. Armed with his acoustic guitar Clementine returns to his indie roots with a new 3-piece line up – The Camerawalls. After nine months of sowing the seeds and taking baby steps they are now ready to release a collection of pop songs for a full-length independent album. July 3, 2008 marks the release of “Pocket Guide To The Otherworld”, their debut album under Clementine’s new indie label – Lilystars Records. The launch will be happening at Club Dredd in Eastwood City. Indulge yourselves with their initial offering “Markers of Beautiful Memories,” whilst they busy themselves preparing for the much awaited album launch. My Barista =)

I don't have coffee names unlike some people who use a different name when they order coffee @ Starbucks. And I always have that ready smile for the baristas who are taking and serving my order. But this noon, they really made me "smile".

Really made the effort to draw an apple, hehe. I usually get a smiley from them.

The barista also gave me this Espresso Brownies. =) I told him I didn't order it but he told me it's free and he just wants to give it to me. Wushuuuu... hahaha..

This Thing Made Me Smile

Since I live alone, I do have fun going to the grocery to buy stuff all by myself. Awhile ago at Rustan's, this thing made me smile.


Now I'm brushing my teeth every hour. =P Maybe this toothpaste has powers too! Let's see. :)

Burger! Burger! Burger!

Dahil may rice shortage sa pinas, siguro mas maganda kung burger na lang kainin natin sa araw-araw. Mga super fav kong burger -- Burger King, Wendy's, Wham!, Brothers Burger at yung jamaican burger na kinain ko dati sa Eastwood, nalimutan ko name ng resto hehe...

Isa lang ang burger na ayaw kong kainin. Yan yung nasa picture o. The most expensive burger yan na mabibili lang sa London. The Burger ang tawag dyan (o diba wala na silang maisip na name hehe). It's worth 95 pounds ($185) and Burger King ang salarin at nagpauso ng burger na to hehe. Limited edition and for 2 days lang sya available at akalain mong may bumili. Hahahaha. May 50-katao na ang nakabili nito.

Based from feedback, masarap daw. What makes it unique is that they used massaged Japanese Wagyu Beef. Pati pala beef pwede nang i-massage ngayon. At kung saan-saang lupalop ng mundo nanggaling ang ingredients nito.

OA ang price kung iisipin mo. Pero I read sa news na all proceeds sa sales ng NAPAKAMAHAL na burger na to ay mapupunta sa Help a London Child charity, isang charity na tumutulong sa mga mahihirap at mga inaabusong kabataan. Dahil dyan, bow ako sa kanila. Anything that will help other people, two thumbs up yan for me. :)

FIVE

I've been a long time Imeem fan and I'm really into all types of music which is evident in my profile coz I have tons of loaded music and playlists. I'm glad to know that a lot of people are into my kind of music and I do get daily mails from them asking for favors to send them the mp3 file, thanking me for sharing the music, asking me to add their songs to my playlists, asking me to create a specific playlist.. These little thank you thingies mean a lot to me and it feels good when people appreciate you. Someone even wanted to create a specific Papoo group for me and I just said it's up to him. =)

On the B-side, it's not so pleasing when your favorite music is just a 30 second preview but that is okay since we have to respect the musician's preference not to share their music unless you directly purchase it. Just sorry for the people who can't hear my uploaded music in full length.

It also makes my day when they leave comments or send me messages telling me that they start their day with my playlist. Indeed, music connects people and emotions. Based from my profile stats, I'd like to share with you my profile's top 5 playlists as of June 13, 2008.

WTF?!?!?!?!

No one cares anymore. The driver of that Honda car should burn in hell. What's worse is that the people around did not even react. No help at all. Impressive that the police got there in a minute. But there's nothing as bad as knowing that no one even tried to stop and help the old guy. This happened in Hartford, Connecticut and I've read about forums where people are now cursing the place and the people from there. But hey, refrain from doing that. This can happen anywhere and already happened almost everywhere. Only difference is that it happened in Connecticut and it was recorded.

The guy's name is Angel Torres and he's already 78 years old. He's alive but is paralyzed and in very critical condition.

This serves as an eye-opener on what the world has become. Good samaritans no more.
